Insulated Spa Covers

Our covers are manufactured here in Florida by a company that knows the ravages of the Florida sun.  The covers are manufactured to be able to withstand this effects of the Florida sun.

The spa covers use a 2 pound density virgin EPS foam core for insulation.  They have an R-value of 19 for the 4” to 2” tapered 2-pound density foam.  We also offer a 5” to 3” tapered 2-pound density foam which has a higher top strength and better insulating properties with an R-value of 21.  The higher the R-value, the better the insulation, and better in keeping the warmth of the water from escaping into the atmosphere.

The vinyl used for the “skin” of the cover is a 28 Ounce Marine Grade Vinyl which has mildew inhibitors and UV stabilized coloring to help prevent fading.  The solid cover liner is chemically treated on both sides to help prevent chemical damage.

We use 2” galvanized steel support beams in the covers, and they are the strongest in the industry and are also resistant to chemicals.

A 4 mil vapor barrier that is heat sealed to the foam core helps ensure the foam core does not become water-logged.  Double layer plastic (optional) can be added to provide an 8 mil vapor barrier and two layers of protection.

The covers have matching reinforced cover handles and child-locking tie downs which are double-stitched for added strength.

The hinges are double-reinforced which makes them extra strong.

The covers meet or exceed all ASTM Safety Standards F1346-91.

The covers are available in 17 colors (including white) :
